Biography

He has done Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering) from Tohoku University, Japan and Master of Engineering from the same university. He obtained Doctor of Philosophy (Civil Engineering)from The University of Utah, USA and worked as a Research Associate at Department of Civil Engineering, Tohoku University, Japan and in1997  as Assistant Professor at Department of Civil Engineering, Tohoku University, Japan currently he is working as Associate Professor, Integrated Research System for Sustainability Science (IR3S), The University of Tokyo.
