Biography

Dr. Jose Manuel Pais Chanfrau is an Chemical Engineer and university professor, with a master's degree in biotechnological fermentation processes and a doctorate in chemical engineering in the production of recombinant proteins. He is interested in the use of agroindustrial by-products and wastes to obtain useful products by chemical, enzymatic or biotechnological procedures.
