Biography

Tomris Ozben Completed his graduation in Med. Specialist, Ph. D., D.Sc. and he is currently in  current Treasurer of IFCC,Tomris Ozben  member of the Board of Directors of the IFCC Foundation for Emerging Nations (FEN) and past-President of BCLF.His International experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.
