Biography

Dr Lijian Zhang now serves as a professor, doctoral supervisor and expert of the CPC Organizational Department’s Global Experts Recruitment Program. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Peking University’s Department of Electronics and State Key Laboratory of Advanced Optical Communication Systems and Network, respectively. Then, he earned his doctorate from the University of Oxford, UK.
