Biography

Prof Girish J Kotwal is currently an Adjunct Professor of Medicine at UMass Medical School, USA, and Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, China. Currently, he is also president of Kotwal Bioconsulting Inc., KY, USA, and InFlaMed Inc and senior scientist at Noveratech. He was Professor and Chair of Medical Virology, a member of the Institute of Infectious Diseases and Molecular Medicine at the University of Cape Town, Director of the WHO Influenza Centre in South Africa, and Senior International Wellcome Trust Fellow for Biomedical Sciences in South Africa.
