I have a PhD in Applied Management and Decision Sciences program with concentration in Accounting (and graduate credits in Finance) from Walden University. I also have earned an MBA from New York Institute of Technology and a B.S. from the State University of New York at New Paltz.My professional experience includes 15+ years in the financial reporting field as NYSE equities day-trader, financial reporting analyst consultant, and construction accountant. My expertise incorporates fundamental & technical analysis, SEC Edgar filing system, FASB XBRL taxonomy, and FASB Accounting Standards Codification.
