Biography

Dr.S.Ananthakumar joined in CSIR career as Scientist since April 1992 and has been associating with Materials and Minerals Division of NIIST. He has more than 15 years of service in CSIR and actively involved in ceramic materials and composites research. During the initial period of his career, he worked in the area of microwave processing ZnO varistors, evaluation of mechanical properties of sol gel derived alumina nano abrasives. Later he took Ph.d in composite fabrication through sol gel assisted ceramic extrusion.
