Biography

Prof. Chan studied Architecture and later learnt Law in England and Hong Kong. He obtained his PhD degree at King’s College of London University. He is qualified as a Chartered Architect, Engineer and Surveyor and a Barrister-at-Law. He is Professor/Associate Head (Research), Programme Leader of the MSc in Construction Law and Chairman of the Research Committee (2007-2017) of Department of Building and Real Estate, and Adjunct Professor University of South Australia and Sun yat-sen University and Hunan University, China.
