Biography

Graduated in Biological sciences in 1987, at the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCAR), Fabio Roland obtained a masters degree in 1991 and a phD in 1995, both in Ecology and Natural Environment Ressources.    Between 1996 and 1998, he was a researcher post-doc in the Institute of Ecosystem Studies, in the United States of America. Since 1992, he has holded the position of professor and researcher at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF).
