Biography

Philipp Schepelmann works at the policy department of the Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment and Energy. He holds a PhD in environmental planning (Dr.-Ing.) and is professor at the department of political science at Wuppertal University. His research interests cover evidence-based policy-advice, transition management and multi-level governance. The focus is on border objects such as narratives, heuristics, indicators, and appraisal procedures.
