Biography

Prof. Zhiyong Tang obtained his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Department of Environmental Science, Wuhan University and Ph.D. degree in from Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry (CIAC), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). As a Research Associate, he did the research in Dr. Roel Prins’s group, Institute for Chemical and Bioengineering, Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich. He also worked as a Research Fellow in Dr. Nicholas A. Kotov’s group first in Chemistry Department, Oklahoma State University and then in Department of Chemical Engineering, University of Michigan. He joined National Center for Nanoscience and Technology (NCNST) as a full professor.
