Biography

Assistant Professor at Shahroud Medical University School of Medicine. Dr. Foroutan has over 25 scientific papers and projects either presented or published. He is an internationally recognized expert in many areas of Toxicology/Pharmacology and advanced medicine including Personalized Medicine, Clinical Research and Drug Delivery and Discovery. He is a Senior lecturer at the Shahroud and Azad Medical schools, health systems Researcher in both schools and an International expert in Personalized Medicine.
