Biography

As a research fellow I worked on the preparation and characterization of Nanoparticles. In my PhD I have worked on Etoposide and biopolymeric nanoparticles, Etop was entrapped in Gelatin nanoparticles and its effect was investigated both in vitro and in vivo. During my PhD I acquired an extensive experience of mammalian cell culture including cancer cell lines. Along with in vitro I have worked on in vivo tumour models on BALB/c,C57BL/6 and nude mice, other in vivo models that I have contributed to in my lab include Wistar Rat (inflammation), Holtzman rats (surgical removal of reproductive organs).
