Biography

Albert Westergren is a registered nurse (since 1989), Ph.D. in nursing science (y 2001), associate professor (docent) in caring sciences at Lund University (y 2006) and professor in nursing at Kristianstad University (y 2009). His main research area is nutrition, among elderly and persons with stroke. He also conduct psychometric studies and has developed two instruments, 1) Minimal Eating Observation Form (MEOF), and 2) Minimal Eating Observation and Nutrition Form (MEONF).
