Biography

Dr. Owamah is presently, an Associate Professor of Civil Engineering, and Deputy Director, Directorate of Intensive and Part-time Studies, Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka, Oleh Campus, Nigeria. He is also the immediate past Head, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. He attained the enviable position of Associate Professor in October 2019 at age 37, making him unarguably, about the youngest Associate Professor in any Nigerian public University.
