Biography

HE earned a Ph.D. in biochemistry from University of Poona, India and gained post-doctoral training at University of Kansas Medical Center and University of South Carolina.  With 30 years of research/teaching experience in academia and industry, He has 29 peer-reviewed publications and 31 issued US patents.  His current research focus is on understanding epigenetic mechanisms of drug action using biochemical, genomic and proteomic tools. In the last five years, has secured approximately $625,000 of funding support. He teach biochemistry/biotechnology and pharmacogenomics.
