Biography

Dr. Kabo-bah is currently a Senior Lecturer and Acting Dean for the International Relations Office of the University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR). Formerly, he was the Head of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Department for Energy and Environmental Engineering and the Earth Observation Research and Innovation Centre in the same University. At UENR, he is the Coordinator of the Constellation Observing System for Meteorology, Ionosphere, and Climate (COSMIC-2) Programme and Advanced Fire Information System (AFIS) for West Africa; and the Ghana Carbon Programme. He is a Programme Board Member for the Group on Earth Observation (GEO)
