Biography

My favorite research topics are whole-body vibration, plyometrics, nutritional supplementation, heart rate variability, and critical power which are related to the physiology of exercise and sports training, especially the improvement of explosive performance. Recently, our lab’s topics concentrate on the 3-min all-out test, inspiratory muscle training, and the warm-up activities. If you are interested in these topics, please feel free to contact with me for possible collaboration.
