Biography

Sergey V. Dmitriev was born in 1961 in Tomsk, Russia. Dmitriev graduated from Tomsk State University with M.S. degree in 1984. Dmitriev completed the Ph.D. degree in structural mechanics at Tver State University, Russia, in 1988. Dmitriev gained the second Ph.D. degree in computer modeling of incommensurate phases in dielectrics from the University of Electro-Communications, Tokyo, Japan, in 1999.
