Biography
Anumudu Christian Kosisochukwu is a researcher in food microbiology and safety. His focus is on using hands-on methods with limited sample processing for the detection of food pathogens. His current research interest is on the use of bacteriocins produced by lactic acid bacteria to elongate the shelf life of foods.
