Biography
Dr Christian Kosisochukwu Anumudu is a researcher in food microbiology and safety. My focus is on using hands-on methods with limited sample processing for detection of food pathogens. My current research interest is on the use of bacteriocins produced by lactic acid bacteria to elongate shelf life of foods.
