Celso Raul Romero Ramos, Peruvian, graduated from the Faculty of Biology of Moscow State University MV Lomonosov, Russia (1991), Master in Microbiology at the same University, working at the Institute of Genetics and Selection of Industrial Microorganisms, Moscow, Russia (1992) . PhD (Biochemistry) at the Chemistry Institute of the São Paulo University, working at the Butantan Institute, São Paulo -Brazil (2002).. Post-doctorate at the Chemistry Institute of São Paulo University of (2002-2006). Researcher at Oswaldo Cruz Institute and Farmanguinhos - FIOCRUZ - Rio de Janeiro (2006 -2012).
