Biography

Rasmus has extensive experience in psychology and has completed supplementary training as a psychologist within the clinical area and particularly within the area of business psychology. For more than 15 years, Rasmus has worked with leadership development in the public as well as the private sector. He has extensive experience with training of leaders, strategy and development seminars, coaching and conflict resolution. Furthermore, he has had the overall responsibility for a number of large company conferences focusing on the development of services as well as employee satisfaction and working environment.
